"If you are faster than your opponent speed can help with accuracy"

False. It doesn't matter if you're slower than an opponent. That's the dumbest logic I've heard. So let's say fighter A has 1/10 speed and he's fighting someone with 3/10 speed. If he had 2/10 instead of 1/10 speed he will find the mark easier.

Gish Galloping is a tactic where someone brings up a lot points to try and make their argument look strong. It's a sleezy tactic. I don't think you're doing it intentionally though. Bring up one argument you have at a time, I'll give my take, and after we agree/disagree on it we can move on to the next point.

So you're saying that the faster you are the less accurate you are. Ok got it.

I’m with you on feeling extremely let down by the way Rig quit. He mentally broke down in there which I didn’t expect. I thought he was going to find some success the 2nd half of the fight but he didn’t have the heart to give himself a chance. He didn’t believe in his skill or abilities enough to give himself a chance to win down the stretch. It’s Boxing....One well placed punch could have changed the momentum and as skilled of a boxer Rig is, there’s always a chance of that happening if he wasn’t mentally defeated

no ******, speed and accuracy are totally different. if you are inaccurate, more speed will just make you more inaccurate. you are showing your total lack of any measurable iq tonight.

Are you actually ******ed? So your logic is if a fighter with the exact same skill set was slower he'd be more accurate? You do realizes that boxers can control the speed of their punches right? Haven't access to a more variety of speeds of punches makes you less accurate? Great logic!

i am saying speed has nothing to do with accuracy. you are showing your grade school level iq. if you give someone an automatic weapon do they become more accurate? you ****ing ******.

What? Are you joking man? Lol. If you are slower than your opponent inside the ring, timing, positioning and angles are tools to negate speed and improved accuracy. Speed by itself doesn’t mean your connect percentage will be better, but it does help when you are faster than the guy in front of you.

For instance...Nonito was bigger, taller and faster than Rig...but not more accurate. Why? Rig had better footwork, better timing and had a better ring IQ. The difference tonight was Loma was the one with better footwork, timing and ring IQ...it just so happens that Loma was also a bigger man.

That was an awful analogy. Of course speed is part of accuracy. If you have extremely good timing but you're extremely slow, having a faster punch would benefit you and help you hit the mark before your opponent gets out the way. Jesus you're stupid.
