Incredible performance.

 

Can't read too much into the Gamboa fight as it relates to Bud's weaknesses. Gamboa was too small to hurt him, so Bud didn't mind eating some shots till he figured him out.

 

At the end. No surprises. That fight went exactly as I expected it to go

 

Lomachenko landed as many punches as Sosa threw.

 

He didn't knock Sosa out but the body shots had plenty of power on them that pretty much rendered Sosa ineffectual.

 

Hey Todd, how did you enjoy reffing the Loma/Sosa fight. Must have been nice experiencing greatness up close.

 

Heck, at this point they might as well make Walters-Sosa II

 

My God, 58% of Loma's power punches landed.

 

All round. That was a perfect performance. Add in the showboating, imitating being hurt from body shots, reaching his hand out for Sosa when he was falling out the ring.. flawless boxing and entertainment.

 

This should have been stopped in round 6.

 

No it didn't. You couldn't expect he would disappear and reappear and punch behind those angles like he did. Boxing at this level is about more than just the result.

 

How did you do it? Well, I was fighting a guy that doesn't have a quarter of the ring experience I have.

 

So who does he fight next? Who will be willing to sign up for some of that?
When does he plan to move up?
