If either GGG or Kovalev could hit their opponents like Loma does, they would do. But they can't.

Great performance and Loma has skills for days. A fight with Garcia will basically seal the deal with him and any possible doubt. I'd like the Salido rematch just for the paper win, but I think the rematch isn't essential for his rep if he can beat Garcia

Flanagan better pray to 9 different gods. He's going to need all the help he can get.

GGG landed his best punch, Kovalev landed his best punch. When you're throwing combinations there's always something taken off your best punch. Lomachenko has hurt everyone he fought. Most had Walters beating Sosa, landing his best punches over and over again and yet he still couldn't hurt Sosa. Do you think Walters lacks power as well?

That's not the point. We're talking about power. Loma is obviously way better than GGG and Kovalev. But he doesn't have their power.

It's amazing how natural a movement can look when you put thousands and thousands of hours into training yourself for it. What Floyd and Loma do isn't natural for any human; that they make it look that way speaks to the volume of quality work they put into it.

Walters has questionable power at 130 for sure. He wasn't hurting guys like he did at 126. And yes I know Lomachenko was landing a lot of combinations, but he also landed some very devastating power shots. I've seen him hit other boxers with the kitchen sink and it didn't do that much damage.

Sosa was kinda limited and made to order for Loma. But Hi-Tek handled him the way in exactly the manner that he should have...and I suspect that he'd handle higher class opponents like Berchelt in the exact same way. If he gets the right fights, we could be looking at someone who's capable of being considered TBE at 130lbs once all is said and done.

Also Walters did not hit Sosa as flush or as many times as Loma did. I'd compare Loma's power to a prime Bradley.
He has enough power to gain people's respect.

Maybe because, legacy wise, conquering the much more technical&qualitative cruiserweight division is a tougher task? Seriously, the majority of heavyweights possess multiple flaws and, among them, I rate as elite only a well-conditioned Fury and perhaps AJ if he can improve further aspects of his game (well, on 29th we'll get all the answers needed regarding this).

Yeah. If he can't get Mikey or Linares 135 otherwise isn't as deep as 130, so just keep lining them up at 130. Gamboa at 130 too. There's some different style challenges in the top guys at 130 that would bring out different shades of Loma's genius.

Just by the eye test Lomochenko is clearly the best p4p right now. It's only the resume that will hold him back for now with some fans and experts. He's already jumped a couple divisions because fighters are avoiding him and he takes on the best available opponent. And so far outside of Salido in his second pro bout he not only wins but he absolutely dominates.
