This would be a fight between 2 highly skilled boxers. Who comes out on top?

Loma would have him out of there in 5 rounds. Too much skill, speed, defense and intelligence.

    Linares has terribly fragile skin.

Linares is an extremely schooled fighter, very on Par with Lomachenko skillwise and would definitely have a shot at pulling the upset. That fight would be big at LW.

This is a great match-up but Linares can be hurt and can be stopped - all of his loses have been TKOs. But he's got the skills and punch variety to give Loma a tough night. However, right now I find it hard to pick against Loma even though that confidence is slightly mitigated by the fact he would have to go up a division to make this bout. I'm seeing a very late TKO for Loma...

I don't know if Loma's power is that devastating, to be honest. Everyone knows Linares Achilles heel is his ability to cut just by looking at him, and I think that would be the only shot Loma has at getting a stoppage imo. I know he's been down before(Linares), but he's corrected a lot of his mistakes and his defense has improved immensely. I'd love that fight first, then winner vs Mikey!!

I was thinking of a wearing down kinda stoppage. You're right Loma doesn't have one-punch KO power but he's very accurate and his footwork is relentless in creating openings. And although Linares handled Crolla comfortably - despite the UK commentators calling it a close fight when it so wasn't - I couldn't see Crolla making it to the final bell against Loma. And yeah, I know that's a triangle theory but they do give a little bit of insight. So piecing it together - three loses already by TKO, Loma's accurate, hurtful punching and how I would see him dealing with Million Dollar if they fought - I'm not sure Linares sees the final bell. But don't get me wrong, I think he's a fabulous talent and very underrated. Maybe by me....

I picked this as my favourite potential match up at 135. Linares is a slick operator who can give Lomachenko real problems from a technical standpoint. Sure he has vulnerabilities but he's been really slept on in recent times. I mean he entered the ring against Crolla as the underdog ffs.

Yeah that was absurd to have Crolla as the betting favorite over Linares. I bet the people who bet on Crolla were kicking themselves in the bum after the first couple of rounds.
