Ramirez (amateur Cuban) is up to 123 lbs now at 22 years old age. If he ever turns pro they will be the same weight class more than likely. Ramirez is sick and fights pretty similar to Vasyl, won gold at last Olympics too (and boxer of tournament - over Vasyl).

Also, will be awesome to see if Ramirez runs into Shakur Stevenson at the Summer Olympics.

NVM.. Heard another Cuban qualified instead

I like Robeisy quite a lot, I've been meaning to do a thread on him, I did a small section on him in my Cuba thread, I'd like to see that too, but Loma would handle him with ease.

With ease? maybe right now yeah. With pro experience wouldn't say with ease.

Ramirez is a better boxer than Russell Jr.

Robeisy would get stopped in the 11th round.

I just watched that fight, all I saw was a great talent being sloppy.
For the last 2 years, Robeisy has not been 'elite'. A great talent but he has clearly shown he LACKS MENTAL FORTITUDE AND GRIT.

Even if he disciplines himself and goes onto win Gold in 2016 (unlikely IMO), he mentally isn't cut out for the pros. In his mind, he's already succeeded. In the pros, I expect him to beat some very good fighters based on his abilities and matchmaking and then get owned by a couple of elites and then retire.

Another guy we probably wont get to see until he's nearly 30(at best) because of that ridiculous ideology.
