Vasyl Lomachenko vs Shakur Stevenson: Who wins?

THIS Loma tonight… beats him by a competitive but clear UD. 8-4 type fight.

I like this Loma. He said “**** the racking up points and trusting the cards. I’m gonna hurt him”

 

Stevenson would lose due to his weak resume

He isn’t battle tested for a fight with someone like Loma

 

Shakur. But I wouldn’t be shocked if Loma beats him. I’ll admit prime Loma if he was the same size as Shakur would beat him, but Loma is older and Shakur is bigger.

 

It’s hard to call.

Loma doesn’t truly belong at 135, if anything it just goes to show how great he is.

I think Shakur has a decent chance as he can box well, is also elusive but has the natural advantages of height and reach over Loma. Shakur’s last performance demonstrates that he is a safety first fighter also, it’s very difficult as the shorter fighter to get close. When you eventually do, Shakur will just back away in a shell.

I want Loma to have all the belts, but with age and the above factored in you would have to say Shakur is the favourite in that fight.

Younger and bigger, would just potshot his way to a decision in a boring fight

 

I have a feeling Loma beats him and gets robbed again.

 

After Lomas fights with Ortiz Teo and haney I thought shakur was gaining on him but I think Loma takes it unless I see something special in July from shakur

If Lomachenko keeps the form up he showed against Kambosos just now, not only he can beat Shakur but can still become undisputed.

 

I'm rooting for Loma to be undisputed

 

shakur. too big, too good. loma looked good...against george kambosos. shakur has the legs to keep loma at whatever distance he wants him, and loma doesnt have the power or size to overcome that. too many factors stacked against loma.
