Been meaning to do a thread on this for quite some time. To get to the point, who do you fellas think will win between this decade's best 130 pounders?
I'm favouring Loma, but with KO Dynamite you never know what'll happen. The guy was a ****in monster. Quite under appreciated.
I don't want people to think that Uchiyama was even close to his prime when he fought Corrales. He was 36, and would have crushed Corrales in his prime, and almost stopped him in their rematch. That being said, Loma is a lot better than Uchiyama, and Uchiyama was in my top 5 fighters until his retirement. I'd pick Uchiyama to beat almost anyone at 130 though right now besides Tank. Tank is just a really ****ing bad match up for him.
Uchiyama was overrated and never beat anyone of note. He fought once a year on new years eve against cherry picked opposition or weak mandatories and never had the balls to test himself. He lost to a poor fighter then retired. Uchiyama proved to be nothing but hype. Lomachenko has beaten far better fighters like Russell Jr, Rigondeaux, Linares, Walters. Lomachenko would win easily, there's no debate to be had.
