Vasquez vs Juanma will be WW3. You can never count a guy like Vasquez out, too much heart and will. I think Vasquez will take this one on the championship rounds. I love Juanma too, but i think experience will prevail in this one.

I fear for Izzy's health playing with the bigger guys. The wars with Rafa and all the fan-friendly brutality he had endured and dished out all his fights had apparently taken its toll on him. His speech is slurred, his retinas damaged, etc...

If he intends to move up, he should test the waters first by fighting a decent journeyman at feather... Let's see what's left of him from there.

There arent that many big punchers at 126 so i think he'll be fine.. Juarez hits pretty hard but it's not like he's going to get a shot at Izzy..

I think he's fine at 126. INfact he might be better off over there than 122..

    Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?

Anyways JuanMa vs Izzy is compleely pointless. I'd never bet against Izzy but even if he wins, he leaves this one in bad shape.

    Not worth it for Izzy.

How about Lopez fights some YOUNG fighters with a live heartbeat like Caballero or Jhonny dangerous?

I love Izzy as a fighter but he isnt a defensive wizard himself. Izzy gets hit a lot when he wants to give his shots. Rafa was hitting him at will in all three fights and I see the younger, fresher, stronger Lopez doing just the same. It would be who can take it better for the winner to come out of this one.

I absolutely love Izzy and I wish he'll never go anywhere near Gamboa. I think he belongs to 122 and took too much beating back there anyway, Gamboa would massacre him and Vazquez doesn't deserve that. He should beat Luevano and retire, he's too brave for his own good.

Yeah Gamboa beats Izzy unfortunately. Too fast, too strong, the reflexes...just too much for Izzy. Remember Gamboa has taken on guys at 130, he's just naturally bulkier and bigger. Just too much in the bag for Gamboa against Izzy.

Then again can't really count out Izzy...he's just a ridiculous fighter.

Certainly not, but those guys are in their primes unlike Raf and Izzy who are war torn and ready to retire.

Maybe Lopez should call out Jhonny Tapia?

Run?:patsch you really think Vasquez is running from Juanma? there's still Marquez and Caballero at 122 and if he really wants Vasquez then he will chase em to 126.
