    According to B-Scene.

    The WBO has given Vazquez Jr permission to fight Arce, who's vacating his Super Flyweight title and moving up, but Vazquez Jr and Arce haven't entered an agreement yet.

    Would be a good scalp for Vasquez Jr.
    (If he can take it, I think Arce is ripe for the picking at this point)
