    no, it's not. Israel just wanted to respond to him. He is tired of Arce talking... and people coming up to him and asking him when they are going to fight.

    But nothing is official right now.

    thanks for the news. well i remember some few months ago that arce really wants to fight at 122. i didn't know that it was vazquez he is after. just keep us posted about any vazquez fights.

    if this is true..Arce is looking for ****...Izzy will rip him up twice as worse as Mijares did to him...He ain't gonna make to the 6th.Izzy can take a shot and he's a machine with those....almost surgical with that left hand....not to mention the size/power disparity.

    He better stay away from Izzy.Or Montiel and the Donaires at this stage.
