Israel vazquez said yesterday that he's willing to rumble with Juanma,if they fight. The bout will take place in madison square garden,on the eve of the P.R DAY PARADE::bbb

I would love to see it and would favor Vazquez though I do like both.

He'd be smarter to take on the winner of Molitor vs Cabellero.
Either one of those guys looks like an easier fight than Lopez,,,
and if he wins he'll have the big 3... WBC, WBA, & IBF.
Then make the Lopez fight for all the marbles.

At this point, I think that Lopez is to big, to fast and to strong for Izzy. The Arce fight will tell us how much Izzy has left if it goes the distance with Jorge then he should stay away from Lopez and go for Marquez again, Caballero or Molitor.

Yes. Please give us that fight. A JuanMa KO make him top 3 p4p in my book.

If that happens I will be in the garden that night for sure. I can't imagine that those 2 can fill the garden though. Niether is really a household name. They could probably do it in the theater but I would think that if anything the fight would end up at a much smaller venue in AC like maybe the borgata or something.

I know Vazquez would be willing to fight Lopez, but there have been NO talks. Only through interviews.

About the fight being at Madison Square Garden, before the Puerto Rico parade is very premature.

In other words...Vazquez next fight will not be against Lopez.

Tough fight for both. If Israel didn't have 3 brutal wars with Marquez then I would have favor him but now i think is a toss up. Vazquez is tough as nails and skilled. Lopez got youth, size, and power. I hate to see Vazquez lose though bc I am a very big fan of his.

This is one of the best fights that could be made right now. I'm afraid that JuanMa will be too much for Izzy though. He has to be somewhat faded after the last three wars he was in. Plus, Juanma is naturally bigger than Rafael Marquez, and like Marquez, he'll have a pretty decent speed advantage on Izzy. A lot of it will be dependent on JuanMa's chin, which still hasn't really been tested that well yet, and his stamina, since almost none of his fights go the distance (he's only gone as far as 9 rounds once before).

Great fight, by the way Lopez is fighting on the undercard of Pac vs De la Hoya, and first they where a posible 8 candidates including filipinos Boom Boom, Penalosa and Concepcion, but two of the turn down Lopez again and Penalosa is wanting to much money, thanks to the main even that would make a lot of money the undercard is very limited so a world clas figter like Penalosa and Gonzalez where discarted now the posible oponents are down to for yes for they are Sod Looknongyangtoy, Poonsawat Kratingdaenggym, Sergio Medina and Olivier Lontchi, what do you think is the best of the list they are not the best of the best but at leas Median or Poonsawat are great for his second defene.

    My dad manages Israel Vazquez...

All this talk is premature. Trust me, there have been no talks. =)

Vazquez won't be fighting Lopez for his next fight.
