Sahaprom coming out fresh as a daisy. Chuwatana looking to work behind his jab again, early, but failing as neither give an inch. Sahaprom's quicker hands letting him pick a few jabs off at range, then a short left hook lands flush. Both men moving, expertly. Veeraphol daring a cross, Chuwatana taking advantage and landing a stinging left hook to the body.
Lots of positioning again, milling and feints galore! Chuwatana moving in now, landing flush with a clean right hook and then landing a hard 3 punch combination before reopening the gap, avoided a straight right narrowly. Another burst of stuttering shots, staggering movement and lots of pawing. As they knuckled down, evenly fought technical exchanges ensued with both landing scarcely. Chuwatana clearly found his range better here.

A long range view shows an awesome jab battle, with Sahaprom moving better and looking to get the better of it, although it's hard to tell at such a distance and angle. Then the camera zooms back in, the jab battle continues and Sahaprom tries a right but is made to miss and slips over. Chuwatana looking for opportunities with his left, but not finding any, Sahaprom moving out of range too easily. As it carried on the battle of leads kept occuring, with mixed results. Neither giving an inch, yet. Beautiful footwork in this one. Sahaprom's early success took this one, but it was close.

Awesome round for Deathmask. Pristine movement, excellent jab and finding the mark with right hand with ease when Chuwatana tried to switch.

Deathmask clearly seizing the momentum. He's still boxing gorgeously here and leading more, himself, now. His left hand was piercing through Chuwatana's guard here, and he was looking for his right but only found it, heavily, when Chuwatana came forward. Both men's footwork was exceptional, Veeraphol establishing lead-foot dominace and it showed. Around the mid point, Chuwatana corned Sahaprom and three with nasty intent, but only to be countered by Deathmask and having the angle turned, with Sahaprom spinning off.

Veeraphol was one of the marvellous World Champions of Thailand. He hit hard and I like him a lot.

I love Veeraphol, quickly becoming one of my favourites.

Thailand is home to a number of greats. Kingpetch, Rungvisai, the Galaxy's, Sahaprom, Wonjongkam, Chionoi, Muangsurin ect.

    And so it resumes...

Sahaprom throwing some hard rights but falling short, lots of milling. Coming into fight up-close, a slight clash of heads causes both to abandon that plan and get back to arm's reach. Not much landing flush, but Veeraphol's jab found the mark more often than the work Chuwatana was doing. A nice, short right hook from Chuwatana which Sahaprom took in his stride. Both moving slightly closer and taking it turns to throw combinations, neither breaking through the excellent defence exhibited by the other. Unbelievable stuff, Sahaprom's jab took it, but not much landing flush from either.

Sahaprom throwing nice 1-2s, working his jab and manipulating the range better. Chuwatana throwing a series of wide lefts which Deathmask easily avoided. After the ref splits them, a battle of poise and pawing resumes, with the only real punch landing, a stiff jab from Veeraphol. Chuwatana getting more aggressive, and burrowing in, throwing wide hooks with either hand which Sahaprom kept off him via lineal footwork and a high-guard then turning off angle when his back touched the ropes. Stiff jab pushed Sahaprom's nose back. Nothing much landed after that, Chuwatana's offence was ground to a halt by parries and movement. Sahaprom boxed better, but didn't actually land much, at all. Neither did but Chuwatana worked more.

I will be doing. After all with no sports, not allowed out and school closing; what else is there to do?
