I see a few fighters such as Tim Bradley and David Haye are no using a vegan diet when in camp for a fight. I imagine for Bradley it is to make 147, as he walks around at about 175. Haye however does not make weight and is now at his careers biggest. Do you believe these two are just on a fad diet or will we see more fighters adopting a meat free lifestyle?
I have heard a number of people say they have experienced a great change in energy levels when removing animal product from their diet.

It's not a fad diet, it's very effective because your body doesn't have to work so hard at breaking down heavy meat which is laden with uric acid which calcify's the bones and joints which leads to more susceptibility of injuries and longer recovery. Tyson fury has also decided to cut out meat from his diet because most athletics now know with new cutting health nutritionists that too much meat is not atually beneficical in the long run and you can gain all the neccessary macro's and micro nutrituents exlusiively through a plant based diet.
It's very trendy to be vegan at the moment. The main problem with meat is the vast amount of chemicals used on it by the time it reaches the shops (unless you're going to a high quality butchers). Personally, I've never stopped eating meat but I did find when I began eating more fruit/veg I actually felt like trash. Maybe I'm just so reliant on **** food that my body couldn't handle it
been considering a seven day water diet for my next week off. Supposedly energizes and cleans out everything.
I always give sensible answers, it's just sometimes, those answers are not what people, want to hear.
It's called a water fast, it completely cleans and gives rest to your physiology as the gut no longer has to use 85% of it's energy towards breaking down foods and elimination. Intead it can actually use that percentage to repair and clean up waste matter that has built up through the colon which leaches into all the other cells in the body which leads to ill health. Don't dismiss things which you have no knowledge of, son
I don't eat meat, if it has a face I stay away from it. Most people who are eating meat(especially non grass fed organic) are consuming not just the flesh, but the roids, pesticides, antibiotics , dioxins that have been pumped into the animal while it was being harvested. That's why so many people are victims of all sorts of diseases because these things are builing up over the years in their body leading to decay.
