Our bodies dont need meat but they do need protein. Lb for lb soy holds more protein than any meat and where do you think meat eating animals get there protein from. The meat industry will have u BELIEVE that we need meat or it will pay a uni to support this. This starts belief traps to the point that people report not feeling right when they stop meat. When you consume flesh, You absorb the animals life force which consists of fear, suffering and decay because of the torture it recieved. Is it red meat that's more the issue? And as protein is key in boxing you need to eat a lot of veggies/nuts etc to the equivelant of a chicken breast or a salmon fillet. I know it's possible but difficult?
Its not difficult at all mate. If you have a 8oz steak or piece of fish you will be eati g less protein from them two meat sorces than if you had 8oz soy beans. Most other beans would supply about the same as meat or fish so examples are broad beans, kidney ,chick peas. Or Black eyed. Dont get mind fooked by the meat industry. It only takes a hours research to learn theres far healthier protein sources than meat. If you stopped eating meat the amount on your plate that youd need to eat would probably be less. Whilst there is some scientific evidence that intermitted fasting (2-3 days a month) has some health benefits as it promotes stem cells regeneration, there is absolutely no scientific basis behind 7 day fasts, which are in fact quite dangerous for your health. You brainwashed fool. People have been fasting for thousnads of years safetly, because the body goes through ketosis and is intelligent enough not to eat muscle tissue. And people have fasted far longer than 7 days, a lot of people can fast on water up to 40 days before starvation mode kicks in, but that requires a supervision and for more experienced fasters. You are right on one thing, there are no verifiable studies on long term fasting, even though Doctors have proven that it can cure literally any illness. But a fool like you wll believe every big pharma doctor in a white coat that says they haven't cure for any terminal illness exept treatment management.
