For anyone thats interested heres a good cleanser/healthy mix. Its called C.A.B.A.L.A.(cabala) Put in a blender-Carrot, Apple (red), Beetroot, Apple (green), Lemon, Apple (yellow). Obviously dont use pickled beetroot use the proper fresh stuff, you can get a bunch of about 5 in asda atm for a quid. Beetroot (the clues in the name, "beet") refers to the beating of the heart and therefore blood. The different coloured apples have differing qualitys and we all know the health benefits of lemon. This is a tasty mix that anyone can add into there diet and always recommend it to people who may be starting a meat free diet.

Nothing on this thread any better for cleansing the system than a good old Vindaloo - although you may have to clean the pan after the initial visit.
Yeh if only someone would start a thread about so and so being a bum etc, that'd be really interesting. Itd be even better if everyone in the said thread then started insulting each other like they were in high school and started to set up straightners that are never gonna happen.... :roll: Personally, as someone interested in my health/diet and who wants to compete amateur again this season, find it interesting
The Atkins Atkins diet wouldn't work as well.. I know with atkins you can have a bit of veg with your steak.. You need the vital vitamins that alkalise the blood.. that come from plant life.. Otherwise you die quicker..
