    Velez did not pull out.

    He was given step-aside money to let Mares step-in. Fake an injury, save a loss on your record and earn bucks without punching. What more can go wrong?

    Wow so much for Velez dedicating a victory to Gomez and Puerto Rico while beating C level fighter Sal Sanchez II. How come he won't face PDL or Mikey Garcia? What a **** little *****. When he beats a real Mexican fighter THEN he can dedicate that win Wilfredo. Not by beating the legendary Sal Sanchez's journeyman nephew. Pffft.
