Marquez was 148 on fight night mate. Floyd...we will never know as he refused to be weighed.

If that's the case then my estimate of 4kgs would be over the top. 2-3 then....

Floyd looked massive compared to JJM , i will take nothing away from Floyds prefrmance though he looked in awesome form when you consider the two year lay off , i just hope the talk of a SSM fight comes good , Forget Pac-Man he will suffer a similar fate to JMM ,Just too small and Floyd will want to hold all the trump cards pre fight . thats IF Pac gets past Cotto .

    Good call. I agree.

But...lets not forget Pac has fought at 147. He had no problem fighting Oscar at welter. :think

No doubt he would get crushed at 147 against Floyd, they aren't that dumb. But it comes across a bit bitchy when Roach picks and chooses who he fights and at what weight.

Yep but a Floyd Mayweather up around welter is a damm sight harder proposition to Pac than a weight drained Oscar , Floyd is crazy fast and strong + 147lbs and would out BIG , Out BOX and out THINK Manny imo , Love to see it go the other way though but its like you said mate ,Freddie ain't letting Manny aywhere near 147lbs to fight a 150lbs plus PBF .

So Floyd has now gotten P4P #2 from ring. My question is... what if Pacman loses to Cotto. Does Floyd become #1 P4P??

Respected historian and a journo who loves these type of lists (Cliff Rold) says that if Cotto beats Pac, then Cotto makes a strong claim to be pfp#1.

He cites a win over Pac at an unfavourable catch weight and his consistently high level of opposition as reasons.

    Interesting....
