How do you change your payment details?

Right Venus Attempt 1: 20 minutes on phone, phone llne goes dead. Attempt 2: 15 minutes on phone. Lady answers, explain I need to alter card details. She alters them. She then says thats £14.95. I said I wanted to alter card details and not order the fight. I told her that I wanted to record the fight not watch it live. She then LIED or did not know what she was on about and said dont worry you can do it through the box and she had deleted the order. Goes to box and finds thats not the case. Now on 3rd attempt to ring you.
The situation is prime time can not undo the problem. So now I am stuck. The mrs is in London and we were going to ignore internet/radio etc until kids are in bed tomorrow night and watch it then.
