It looked similar to the finish of Corralles Castillo just not as vicious but the kid was done.

 

These two guys are legit friends and play games together every day, it's so clear. But that's ok - that's true of many of the best fights, whether of any year, or of all time.

 

Most likely outcome but credit to Ortiz for being the real deal. Stating his claim about as convincingly you could ask for.

I thought the stoppage looked early watching it live but after watching the replay ... yep, a good stoppage.

 

Well that's up to Boots since he always finds a way to fight some part-tme fighter instead of real opponents.

 

Check out Lubin’s response to the stoppage. Hugs the ref / slumps on him.

I needed to rewatch the finishing sequence multiple times, but Lubin’s response tells you that he was done. Nothing, I note, like Joe Parker’s response.
