Mostly static High guard susceptible to uppercuts and counters he can't see in time, what else not to be exposed.

    Round 4

Ortíz is floating to his left and mostly feeding Kavaliauskas the jab, but keeping him on his toes with abrupt hooking and crossing surges that force Kavaliauskas to cover up. Kavaliauskas takes a starchy hook in the lungs and backs off a few paces, but is never more than a meter away from Ortíz, stalking and jabbing with him from behind a high guard except when sagging the left shoulder to bait a lead.

    10-9 Ortíz

    39-36 Ortíz
