Good fight. Ortiz has been stepping up competition and learning. Not necessarily ready for Craw, Spence yet but on his way.
Feel for Kavaliaskas. I think he deserved to be credited with a kd in round 2. He looked so disappointed at the end.

He is ready. There isn't any one else there for him to prove against.

All four knockdowns were beautiful. (in round eight, that is...all 5 in the fight too; hell, we can throw MM a bone and include his and say unofficially all 6 :sisi1)

Great knockout and good response to adversity but he'll be beaten by Ennis .

Of course there is. Thurman, Swift, boots.. Crawford being the duck he is will most likely want this fight next.

My question is will Crawford get full credit if he beats Ortiz after only 18 wins and this performance against EK under his belt?

I'd like to see him against Porter first.

Sorry, Egis is a little more legit than an easy to hit midget like Lipinets. Cool your jets.

Sorry neither guy brings anything. Swift is just looking for a paycheck. Ortiz would drop and stop Thurman.

I was kind of rooting for Kav to make it until that next bell just because I get a giddy thrill being able to actually type out absurdities like "10-5" on the scoring line.
