    Ortíz is slowing his output, pressuring but then giving up the play when he's within jabbing range of Hooker. Ortíz waiting too much, perhaps cooling his engine so he doesn't blow up. Hooker able to seize the initiative and take advantage, drilling Ortíz with some jabs and crosses while moving laterally and changing angles on him every few seconds.
