    i assume hooker is aware he cant win in the cards so he is probably gambling on keeping ortiz active to see if he gas , and try to take over in the second half of the fight.

    Ortíz is jabbing the body hard and getting countered with head-snapping ice-luge jabs from his taller opponent while bulling in low. Ortíz rallies as the crowd eggs him on with a loud murmur and whistles, uppercutting the midsection of Hooker and keeping him almost but not quite pinned on the ropes. Hooker jabbing and zipping around for dear life, but can't shake Ortíz, who keeps ripping the body nonstop, relentlessly.
