So Ortiz matches Valero's 18KO streak, what next 21 straight by the Godly Ali Raymi?

Hooker is a fighter without a doubt. While he could easily back away after getting hit with big shots, he comes right back into the fire to return his own. Fun guy to watch. Ortiz throws punches with the intent to destroy. And I like that too. Obviously his defense needs work but another fun guy to watch. Can’t say he’s ready for the bigger names yet but he’s definitely on the right path. In two years he’s going to be a monster. Would have liked to see him go more rounds to see what his stamina is like but he didn’t really seem to fade at all. Against a bigger puncher that could easily change. Looking forward to seeing him develop even more.

Vergil Ortiz Jr Vs Conor Benn?

Two young unbeaten Welterweights, Why not?

Hooker comes to fight for sure but are we all forgetting how limited a fighter he is. He has absolutely no idea how to use his reach advantage

Ortiz brutally stops Benn. Not a competitive fight at all.

Valero and Raymi had only 1st round knockouts.
Berlanga has still a chance to beat Raymis record, but not Ortiz.

You're right he doesn't play to his strengths and fight like a rangy fighter
The ending was a little suspect to me also

If Ortiz can get the Ennis-Lipinets winner and win, he'll be ready for Crawford or Spence.

On April 10th, Lipinets will be convincingly beat or knocked out by Jeron Ennis.

Ennis would **** Crawford up right now. He is more talented than Crawford anf does everything better. Ortiz isn't quite ready yet after seeing last night.

I disagree that young lions should have to fight each other when a titlist like Crawford fights bum after bum.

Ennis is going to have issues with lipinets, so lets see how he looks first before we start thinking he can beat Crawford.
