For me looked that Vergil still is learning, he might had been already improved after this fight. He is young guy.
    Will see.

I'm gonna be the odd man out and say that Porter wins if they fought next month. There is no way on Earth that Ortiz is just gonna get off against Porter like he's been doing. Porter ultimately forces everyone into a dog fight, Ortiz is gonna have to take the incoming while trying to still deliver the outgoing. And not one fighter has done that yet. I haven't seen anyone just light Porter up with combination after combination over 12 rounds. Porter's style doesn't allow anyone to do that consistently. They get in one or two shots, then they have to cover and brace for Porter's shots. Porter is gonna come forward a lot more than he's gonna back up.

Ortiz's people would do well to steer clear of a Porter (at least for now). He's a weird rough and tumble style. Even the elite (Spence, Thurman, Brook) had all kinds of problems with him. I like Ortiz and thinks he's the real deal. If Ortiz continues his upward progress, yeah I'll change my mind, but right now.............They need to get someone ranked 5-10 under his belt

I think it depends how Vergil will improve further.

I don't disagree with that, his learning curve thus far is phenomenal. He's fought no one like Porter though. I think should he keep improving he'd definitely be able to clip him. I'm not confident of that if they fought 60 days from now.
