He wouldn’t have been able to land a single punch on Terence “TBE” Crawford.

I would say the oposite. Very difficult to beat vernon forrest.

Those defeats vs caveman mayorga damaged his legacy a lot. But I remember very well how good he was. I would not put my money vs prime vernon forrest unless I'm completely drunk.

A fighter who is underrated by most people, imho.

That's what you say. Prime Mayorga destroys Porter without blinking. What's going to do Porter? outwork Mayorga trying to put pressure on him?. LOL. Primer Mayorga eats prime Porter alive. Mayorga can take everything Porter has while at the same time making Porter eat leather like he has never done in his freaking live.

Crawford? Spence? they win to Mayorga? sure, no doubt. Porter? NO.

And Mayorga is not a top fighter, but you can't win to prime Mayorga's massive balls only with Porter's tools.

Even if that were true, which I don't even necessarily think it is... That's completely besides the point.

Styles shape fights. Mayorga and Porter are not alike.

Mosley is 'better' than Mayorga as well. Didn't mean much against Forrest.

You underestimate Mayorga he didn't have a long prime but at one point he was a very dangerous fighter with a very good chin, Mayorga stuck his chin out and took flush shots vs Forrest, Trinidad, that was unreal TBH. It seems like Tito actually ruined him though in all honesty.

But if Porter gave Spence absolute hell in their fight, it wouldn't surprise me if Mayorga did aswell. Mayorga in his prime has a better chin than Porter and is bigger and hits harder aswell.

Vernon would beat Crawford up because he doesn't lose to smaller stature guys. He was also good in the clench when he had to be, so a smaller guy (even that's faster and more dynamic like Mosely who's a known "weightlifter ;)") would be in Hell against him. Crawford ain't as strong physically as Shane was. He'd have a harder time with Spence because Spence would press against him with pressure and consistent volume and Vernon needed room to do his best work.

Spence is physically broad and huge across his shoulders, it would be a bit harder when Vernon clenched against someone his stature that's actually broader. I'd say him vs. Spence would be 50/50

mosley was a great fighter but crawford is more versatile and fought smarter. Crawford would not allow forrest to tie him up like that. Hed box and move.
