This is a fair matchup for Tito, and it's one I think he wins

trinidad decks Forrest in the 5th or 6th of an up till then even steven matchup. Forrest is hurt and wobbly at the end of the round and catches it from then until the end. Tito by a well earned decision.

    Tito gets him late.

I'll go with Forrest by decision. If one fighter gets caught and hurt, that could have a huge effect on the outcome (ko or dec).

Tito would knock him out at some point.

    Tito within 8.

Forrest was very good, but he didnt have the attributes to beat Tito. He didnt have the handspeed, and movement that Oscar had, nor did the have the size, toughness and skill level of Hopkins.

And his chin wasnt nearly as good as Oscar or Hopkins.

He has early success with his jab, and probably puts Tito on his ass with a right hand. But Tito eventually finds his range, and once that happens...... I don't see Forrest's chin holding up too well.

Tito at 147 was ALOT more skilled than people seem to remember. In fact, Tito is pretty underrated in general nowadays.

He was overrated as HELL in his prime, but now he's underrated.

But anyway, yeah Tito would have wrecked Forrest.

Tito comes out strong and rocks Forrest.... Forrest survives a scary 1st round and outboxes Tito taking a good lead going into the mid rounds... Tito is finding his way by the midrounds and starting to take over.. Sensiing the viper is on his last legs Tito (still behind) lets it all hang out and finishes forrest.. Trinidad ko 11

Forrest UD - the jab and speed is too much for Tito

Forrest had the better jab and boxing skills but he wasnt that(if any) much faster than Tito...

:think yey ill go with that... Tito was exposive fast with 1,2s and 3 and 4 combos... Tito wasnt that quick afoot and with combos i think thats why his speed gets underestimated.

Well the jab gets their first anyway, he has better use of range too. If Tito really forced the fight like Mayorga did he could win, but he was much more hesitant and that would see Forrest stay out of trouble
