i've got Forrest for a UD...he's too experienced to be rattled by Kirkland's looks and big swings, and he would outbox him all nite...i'd like to see this happen instead of Forrest/AA which is rumored to be in talks...

forrest would always put a rematch clause if every defense

Can Forrest maybe even stop Kirkland? Check out his fight vs Allen Conyers..

Go to 2:05 of the video.. Kirkland was hurt there.. Forrest probably would've finished him if put in the same situation

Kirkland isn't anywhere near ready for that kind of a step up in class.

forrest does not do well with heavy/pressure fighters. He is too old right now. Kirkland have better if not equal skills than mayroga but kirkland is peaking prime and forrest is not even near. Kirkland would outwork the old champ and probably make him quit.

Kirkland doesn't give you time to think and he can take a great shot. Way too hard for an old fighter to deal with.

i do not think forrest is the type of guy that would go for the KO..he is just there to accumulate points...kirkland is a busier fighter than forrest so i feel he would win more rounds but forrest would land telling blows at some point
