Close fight. Whitaker obviously levels above, but maybe Forrest can use his physical advantages to take away Whitaker’s skillset, outjabbing him from range etc. Or maybe Whitaker still finds a way to win despite the size difference. Maybe his southpaw stance, feints and head movement takes away the jab and he’s able to outbox him himself.
I love Whitaker but Forrest is all wrong for him. 6'1 outboxer who knows how to use his height and reach with a terrific jab and a potent right hand. Obviously Whitaker is greater but a 5'5 former Lightweight facing off against a very good 6'1 Welterweight might be a step too far.
