I'm heading up to Soaring Eagle Saturday (3rd row from the ring...whoo hoo!), and I'm excited to see Paris in action again, but he is no longer listed on the card on boxrec....does anyone have info if this fight is still the happeneing? Soaring Eagles site shows no changes to the lineup.
Ray Ray, I'm not sure. Fightnews is showing it as Vernon Paris Vs. TBA. I wasn't aware that Stevie was the opponent for Vernon. "Lil' But Bad" has been one of my favorite fighters over the years. On another local note, Detroit lightweight Damien Fuller is fighting on the Cory Spinks card this week.
I'm on the same boat as Motor City Sam with this one; I didn't know Paris was fighting Johnston (which would be a great fight for him). And while I did know he was fighting, I haven't heard anything about it being called off.
Johnston was the listed opponent on boxrec for awhile,but I dont alwasy trust them. I guess I will find out Satruday,lol.
