What nonsense. a) There is no definitive evidence that Margarito even cheated in the Mosley fight yet and b) There is absolutely NONE whatsoever, nor is there likely to ever be, that he didn't anything wrong in the Cotto fight.

Cotto got exposed. Live with it.

As I said in another post; Margrito spent more than 45 MINUTES walking around in the ring after the Cotto fight in nothing but his handwraps, having his hand raised by referee Keny Bayless, shaking hands, doing interviews, hugging people, laughing, enjoying himself..

If this guy had something to hide he sure as **** wasn't acting like it.

 

no it's called cotto is that much of a warrior that he only threw punches and nothing else, unlike mosely he didnt have a gameplan.

all cotto knows is fight and keep fighting, and if your opponent doesnt go down then there's something wrong.

 

I agree. Also, After re-watching the fight yesterday, there was not a hint of guilt in Margarito's face which would have been evident if he was indeed caught cheating. Like what the rest of them said, there's no evidence that Margarito cheated on last nights fight yet. Reports are even saying that the the issue just got blown up in proportion.

Don't get me wrong, I'm in no way a Margarito fan.

Jim Lampley made an interesting observation last night. During the Cotto - Margarita fight he said there were audible "thudding blows", however there were no thudding blows against Mosley. Hmmmmm. Perhaps there was no thudding blows because plaster Margarita didn't use illegal hand wraps against Mosley as he did against Cotto. :yep

 

That is right no evidence, but that doesn't stop these idiots from making false claims.

You have a valid point. The win is right now in limbo. As for the rematch. If the accusations are true Margo should never be allowed to fight again.

 

for the people saying theres no evidence to prove he did do it in the Cotto fight as well, that may be true...but the fact that he was caught trying to do it against Mosley, a fighter he was the favorite to beat, a fighter who's on the last legs of his career, a fighter who lost to Cotto, and didn't look outstanding in his last outing, is enough evidence to ASSUME and make a case that he may have also did it against Cotto as well, if not notable other opponents such as Clottey, Williams, Cintron, etc.
