I think Rigo is the better gifted Boxer and tactician. I think Donaire is the far better fighter.

The fact is that Rigo has a suspect chin, possibly suspect defense, low output, and no jab. Regardless of his pedigree, Rigo looks to end fights with that big left far too much. Donaire's chin is solid. Donaire has enough attributes (speed, timing, accuracy) to make Rigo take notice. More importantly, Donaire trusts his chin enough to punch with guys. If Donaire can pick up on the left hand? Game over.

In this fight I think Donaire is going to take the risks, punch hard, and spark or come close enough to sparking Rigo that it will force Rigo into "sport" mode. Once Rigo starts second guessing himself? Rigo won't engage or will do so reluctantly.

I see this fight as a flashy show until Rigo gets touched. If Rigo isn't sparked? Rigo will do the Cuban shuffle while Donaire stalks him for the win.
