History's gonna see Bradley as the Hypejob, I think, but Provodnikov as a gutsy gritty slugger who shoulda beaten the odds. I know who gets my vote.

I bet provodnikov felt pretty bad after that fight. He just got too anxious when he had Bradley hurt he went crazy and punched himself out. He is still young only 22 fights? I wish he could get away from HBO before Top rank scopes him up. If you are a fighter around 140-147 GBP is definitely the better choice.

 

I don't think he should retire right away, but with his tendancy to cut and take shots he needs to weigh risk and reward carefully before every fight to make sure he's set when he retires.

 

You're an idiot, did you not see the beating Bradley took in that fight? Talk about heart and a chin... if anyone is Rocky, it's Bradley. And I actually like Provodnikov more than Bradley. You people are crazy with your biases... especially when it comes to black boxers.

 

Yes at lot of these Wlad fans seem to only hype white fighters and bash black. Bradley is feather fisted lets not forget and still Provodnikov was sliced up. His skin is pathetic.

 

Provodnikov does have weak skin il'll give you that. But he got robbed vs Bradley there is no doubt about it. The ref missed two knock downs. Bradley was constantly rocked and hurt. Bradley looked like Bambi on ice half the fight. And he got a trip in an ambulance to the hospital courtesy of Ruslan.

 

I agree, the ref probably could have stopped the fight, but he didn't. I forgot how I had the fight scored, but I believe I had Bradley winning by one round. And please, keep in mind that I can't stand Bradley and I love watching Provodnikov.

I know most people on this forum LOVE Pacquaio, though... and to see their hero take a loss at the hands of Bradley really makes them hate the man. Especially when Manny actually won the fight.

How is this not a knock down? When Bradley fell down the second time that ought to be a clue for the ref to start counting. Keep in mind that Ruslan lost by one point on the judges score cards. That dumb ref cost Ruslan the fight, by missing two knock downs.
