    When ever someone mentions Arona, the 1st thing that comes to mind are the fights he lost than any of his decision victories

    Very boring, safety 1st style will hurt him as time passes, but he can be considered a great competitor, but definitely not a great fighter

    Good. You can't magic someone into being a great when he never won a major title and his biggest wins were decisions based on holding a guy down while inflicting little to no damage.

    He is, however, an ATG excuse maker because dengue fever has to be one of the most creative lines of reasoning for a loss that I've ever heard.

    Does Arona's insanely vicious TKO domination of Saku play into anyones' thoughts here? Or the fact that he made Overeem submit to punches?

    Another one of those fighters who were very good then and just good now.
