Just throws random food at you doesn't take into account how you cook it, sauces, marinades etc. Following the diet suggested would be boring as **** and weird as hell who has just plain boiled wholegrain pasta for breakfast with no sauce?

Quite frankly useless to me, Id rather eat real food and proper meals and workout the macro's and calories myself.

seems like a decent site. but i try and keep the diet thing as simple as possible. some of you might know who jim wendler is. some might not. he wrote the very popular and very effective (yet very simple) 5/3/1 program. works for elitefts, runs seminars, is a big name in the strength training world etc. heres his take

You can configure allowed foods and macros

    Try it out

Not spamming :D Just been playing with it - if you're only options are eggs, chicken and cottage cheese you can program it that way
