Just throws random food at you doesn't take into account how you cook it, sauces, marinades etc. Following the diet suggested would be boring as **** and weird as hell who has just plain boiled wholegrain pasta for breakfast with no sauce? Quite frankly useless to me, Id rather eat real food and proper meals and workout the macro's and calories myself.

You can configure allowed foods and macros Try it out Not spamming Just been playing with it - if you're only options are eggs, chicken and cottage cheese you can program it that way
