Using this logic we can assume Mayweather would hit Pac with a body shot and Pac would proceed to fold like a lawn chair.

any on eiwht half a brain should pick mayweather to beat pac. based on common opponents style match up and fundamentals. is it really that hard or are there a million die hard pac fans who cant accept it. i love ricky hatton and was behind him all the way against mayweather, pac etc but i knew he didnt have a chance. why cant pac fans accept this as truth. MAYWEATHER IS THE BETTER BOXER. btw i find mayweather quite boring to watch even though his skills are sublime. im not a "*****" or a "*******" h8 tht kiddy ****

  3. Manny can't touch floyd. Floyd has a great team behind him built on trust, loyality and love. He's the hardest trainer in the game, the best fighter. When your on top people always hate. Don't hate on floyd. Hate the game he's just the best player.

Maybe he is the best. Who knows? He's retired.

You can only be considered the best when you actually fight and prove it.

  5. Floyds not retired. He does what he wants. Floyd won't let boxing retire him. He's going to come back and get another phat pay cheque never doubt my man.

Then he can't be considered the best. To be the best you have to fight and prove it.

You can't have your cake and eat it. He can enjoy being a free spirit and doing things when he wants to do. But he will take the back seat to Pacman because of that.

That's the choice he has. Like it or not.

can't say it better myself. They hate each other's style. Is a toss up fight for me. If Floyd is active, i would pick him but he is not and who knows if he is even training to stay in shape.

  8. Floyd has nothing to prove in the sport of boxing. He's done it all certified greatest of all time. He's got other interests now. Mayweather promotions is moving forward.

The longer Floyd waits, the more of a favourite he becomes to beat him and he knows this.
Until last year I wouldve favoured Pac 60-40, this year I think it wouldve been 50-50, in one or two years Floyd will be the clear favourite imo.
Pac is showing first signs of decline, it wont get better from here.
Without his output, speed and multi-combinations Pac will be easy prey for Mayweather.

    I agree with this.

I think Mayweather would beat Pacquiao, but it means **** all when there's no actual fight on the horizon.

Being neither a PT or ***** I feel Mayweather wins this fight on superior technique. Floyd is stronger than anybody Pac has faced at WW and much more elusive. He won't be coming straight forward like Margarito the human punching bag, nor is he shot to **** like Mosley, he will throw back unlike Clottey and so on. Its not necessarily an easy fight for either guy, but I would favor Mayweather by UD. Only problem is......there is not fight, I guess the earliest we could even think of seeing it now is in a year. Which maybe is the plan. Floyd has said he was going to sit idle for 1-2 years, he did it before and came back looking very good. I think it would be awesome if he came back and faced Pac and then Martinez, maybe that's his plan, if he pulled that off, how the hell could anybody question him after that? Right now, its a wait and see game.
