I think that's an accuarate statement. Watching the video, I thought he doesn't not lok in shape to me, but then again, he could be in shape given the atrocious shape he has been in for some of his fights!

If he does somehow mamange to secure a shot at either Klitscho, he could get really hurt! James is not as elusive as he once was & if he gets nailed he will be fcuked!

No version of Toney would beat either Klitschko. Toney is a fat slob and feather fisted at Heavyweight. He has 1 KO in 10 Heavyweight fights and even that was not a legit KO it was a referee stoppage when Holyfield was up at 7.

 

Plaese stop ****ing dreaming even when Toney was a fat slob you ****ers would say that he is in great shape, but thats only becuase you saw him in suits at the pressers you didnt see what he acutally looked like until the weight in, here he is sitting down and he looks soft and flabby how can you tell from this camera angel that he is in superb condition unless he is going to start a career in fried chicken eating contest.

The man lost twice to Peter, its over for Toney if he cant beat a sam peter he wont win a title.

He is definitely lighter but he still looks soft. Truth to tell, I think he should retire anyway, he's got nothing to prove, everybody who knows boxig respects his talents. His reflexes are gone and he's lost some speed too. He's got nothing to prove. He's a great fighter but he's a great old fighter.

 

I'd love to see him fight again and he looks significantly slimmer than he has before but time will tell.

I'm a big fan, but he lost clearly to Fres in my opinion, so he would need a dominant and clear cut win to get my hopes up.

You are DELUSIONAL if you think HBO is going to put Toney back on their network. It is not going to happen.

 

This is BETWEEN fights, Toney is not even training for a specific fight and he does look in shape. If he goes through a training camp for a fight he will look even better.

Toney needs a fight and he will get one. I expect him to get a September or October date on Espn or Fox against the likes of Maskaev,Austin or a younger ranked fighter . If he wins that one he is back in title contention because nobody once Arreola and Chambers fight the Klits, nobody is there for the Klits to fight.

The video shows that Toney is in shape especially for between fights.
I agree with you that Toney needs a solid win now which will put him right in the Klits face because nobody is there. Arreola and Chambers will disappear pretty soon.
