    fair enough.

i'm a big floyd fan too - i can't understand how anyone who truly loves the art of boxing cant be - but its more a question of what is tolerated than what is right.

i'm not defending this - i'm just saying boxing loses credibility because this is aloowed to happen - and it sucks bigtime that it can.

A ****** like you is the last to jump and try to play "fair".

Go back to supporting Margarito for loading his gloves and supporting Castillo 100% for not making weight twice against Corrales and also give him 110% credit for winning the rematch coming over the weight limit.

We know what you would be saying if Mayweather had a Mexican passport so **** off.

its funny how they are brining up Castillo when the cried like bitches after the fight, when we pointed out Chico took the extra money that didnt mean **** to them.

Anybody who thinks Floyd made a smart move, honestly IMO they are not boxing fans

DLH fought pac at 147 up from 135. JMM fought near draws with pac. So why cant PBF fight JMM at 147?

Against Marquez, Mayweather faces a seasoned, full-time fighter, whose two has a draw and loss to Pacquiao in two fights that he could have easily won. Against Mayweather, he is the underdog, a heavy one, mostly because the former featherweight and lightweight champion has never fought as a welter and presumably won’t be one on Sept. 19. The reported catch-weight is 144 pounds. Marquez predicted in a conference call nearly two weeks ago that he will be at 142 pounds. On the same call, however, Mayweather again would not confirm the reported catch weight.
“Not weighting no 143,’’ said Mayweather, who dismissed reports of the catch weight as rumors. “It’s a welterweight fight. I weigh whatever a welterweight weighs.’’
Apparently, that means Mayweather will weigh whatever he wants. Or maybe it means the biggest weigh-in flap since Jose Luis Castillo. Whatever it leads to, it is just another example of Mayweather’s ability to keep opponents and media guessing, which – truth is – part of the intrigue in the countdown to Marquez.

because that was not the agreement...until last night...I hope JMM gets decent compensation for those two pounds Floyd intentionally chose not to cut.....
