Been training hard and both my shoulders are killing inside... have restricted movement- just feel stiff... can throw straight but no hooks. Anyone had this problem? First time i've had it like this.
been really sore and feeling stiff the last few days due to doing a lot of resistance band stuff...that I haven't done much of lately. shoulder injury can be devestating to a boxer. I would let them rest for a couple days before working them out with straight punches. maybe work on core or legs for the next couple of days. as the poster mentioned above you might want to use some light weight band work outs after a couple days of resting your shoulders. the light weight band work out will help smaller muscle that are vital to the shoulder health.
