at least Vic has more balls than virtually any other fighter out there. Always fights the best. I think he'd do well against both those guys. Vic actually has a better defense than either one and will have no trouble finding them coming straight in. I love his chances.

izzy and rafa will come from 4 grueling wars with each other. Anyone might think it easy to pick on the winner... it would be like stealing the spoils off the victor.

    . . . I thought now . . . but just the same . . . recent events shows . . . he ain't capable of competing with Vasquez or Rafa Marquez . . . he is too ambitious.

Agbeko is a hard puncher and he did not put him to sleep, so there is a good chance Vic just go the distance and he always has a punchers chance to knock anyone out.

He threw all the punches that he can muster against Agbeko, but he wasn't hurt. Not even a puncher's chance. Vic did hit the wall in 118. He should go back to 115 to protect his turf. A rematch w/ Donaire in 115 will be a good idea.

I think the reason he mentions Vazques is because he held his own with him during sparring, but ofcourse sparring and real fights are two different things, got to give him props though, his got balls.

More realistically the guy is just making noise to be recognized . . . he also mentioned other bigger fighters' names like Pac and I think Margarito (not sure).

Did you read the entire post? or just the top half, if Vazquez or Marquez left any bit of themselves in those wars they had, Vic has a legit chance, we dont know becuase neither have fought since their last fight.
Let me put it to you this way if its Vazquez he has a much bigger chance based on the punishment Israel has taken in fights.
    3 fights with Larios
    3 fights with Marquez
    The war with Gonzalez
this is just naming a few that he has been in tuff fights with, Israel is at a stage in which sooner or later he will show the effects of all of those fights, it might not be his next fight but its going to be.

However looking at the way Vic was recently handled I still agree that Vazquez or Marquez whips his ass but this is also assuming they have something left in them.

And Vazquez can be shot to ****, he'll knock Darchinyan out at any weight at any point in his career.

Darch will have a slim puncher's chance against Marquez, but a ghost of one really - if you thought there was a gulf of talent between he and Donaire it will be an ocean with Marquez.
