Z was very very lucky he got a draw. He got the geriatric knees by round 9. By that time, Darchinyan farts on him, and Gorres falls down.

The ref and the judges were extremely intimidated by the Cebuano fight fans. They were scared shitless. I think that's the reason why they scored and refereed the fight so poorly.

i was at a safe distance. my limited budget and not so good seat saved me from the flying debris. i really don't know why they got ticked off quickly.

fine, i too was pissed when the kd was called in the 1st round. i think it reminded the people a bit of the gift mab got against pac in their first match. but throwing bottles after the fight was unexplainable. the ref tried to make up for that mistake. and this made the fight worse. those slips by gorres could have easily been called kds.

They are still mad about the Gorres split decision loss versus Montiel, also in Cebu. If you'd remember, Z was penalized a couple of points that fight.

Last Saturday night, the locals probably were thinking "Were getting cheated by the ref again!"

You remember the infamous Penalosa fight in Cebu more than a decade ago? Rattan chairs and coins and batteries were flying all over the place.

hot damn. rattan chairs will hurt man. good thing the seats there were mainly monoblocs.

there were also coins flying. luckily, none were thrown at my general direction

i just watched and i had it 115-110 for darchinyan and really couldnt score it to much closer so i think your right with that crack comment
