Well while Vic was dominant (and proved me wrong) his chin is shaky. That 3rd round when Arce landed a hook and followed it by a right had Vic in tons of trouble. I don't think it's glass but it is far from iron.

Oh and WOW Arce has guts and balls of steel. It was over from the beginning though, just look at the legs he came in with. Arce is done at the echelon level. Great fighter to watch though.

I think Vic's punches were what caused the legs of Arce to be unsteady.

I'm talking about the first round man. Look at his legs before he even gets hurt. If you watch boxing often you know what it looks like.

Not dramatic trouble but tons of trouble since the shots were minor. Imagine a crisper shot.

He was getting tagged badly in the first round.

It took Vic like 1.5 mins to start throwing and BEFORE that his legs weren't there.

I know what you are talking about but I have seen Arcewith those same legs post mijares. Could it be Arce's footwork?

Not as extreme. I mean they were wobbly from the onset! The thing is I thought even this version of Arce could beat Vic. His chin is unquestionable and he has heart but he fought an ATROCIOUSLY bad fight. HORRIBLE. I likened it to trying to put a square block into a circular opening. If he does fight again he should get a more experienced corner.

Well while i'm not the thread starter I will say that it's closer to glass than it is to iron.

Try to watch more closely. Vic went right across the ring and landed many punches in the first thirty seconds, let alone throw any.
