How many times did Nonito counter left hook Vic on the way in......7 or 8 almost flush shots....each time Nonito would take a half step to his right to bring Vics face inline with his shoulder then wam

The only way Vic should fight Nonito is to fight as a counter puncher and not chase Donaire round the ring lunging with shots.

Problem is Donaire had a big reach advantage so Vic will need to up his footwork to try to combat that advantage

The biggest issue for darchinyan would be controlling the urgency to try and get him out of there, in the first fight it looked like donaire could see exactly what punches he was going to throw a good 20 secs before they came at him.

Donaire has been reduced to fighting on topranks Pinoy Power shows, he needs a big fight and should do everything to rematch Vic.

I give Vic a great chance in a rematch, because Nonito is a big head who has let success go to his melon. I got a question on his stamina too...if Vic can last the first part, he'd be stronger than Donaire late I reckon.

It was obvious the Donaire was a flip with his antics around his fight after he beat Vic. He thought he was as big as Pacquiao with one win. Now he's sucking Bob Arum's dick and fighting nobodies.

His father tired of him and won't train him. Speak volumes about his personality.

He's gone on to show how average he is.

Only a real nasty ***** that hates the world would want to see Vic lose.

The key to this contest is the way Donaire was schooling Vic before the KO............ Some people are forgetting this important fact.

And by and large Vic hasn't shown any improvement in any single area that Donaire was schooling him in. Vic's also a few years older and getting back to his arrogant best which will be his downfall.

Hes definetly still looking the goods but in all fairness he shouldnt be fighting the blokes he has lately..

Failed to sieze the oppurtunity of rising to be the next philo superstar after his brutal ko of Vic..

Vic's career has somehow gone up whilst Donaire hasnt budged..

I have watched most if not all of Nonito's fights post Darchinyan.
No doubt Vic is a very live slight underdog in this 1.
If Vic can stay as disciplined as he possibly can....i give him a great shot.
Should Vic stay tight not lunge too often....i think 1 of his big power punches could damage Donaire badly.

this.seen a couple of Donaire fights replayed on fox Concepsion and Vargas and they just arent the calibre of Mijares,Arce ETC.who Vic has fought but in saying that he looks a well rounded, skillful boxer who IMO would beat Vic.hope im proven wrong.

Either way it will be a great fight, a patient vic will ko donaire though in the later rounds, his power is there through all rounds,.

Vic was very patient on the wkend, probably his most patient performance of his career.
    Just pummelled Guerrero at will.
