Vic vs Arce Rd by Rd

Fight's gonna start here in just a couple of minutes. Ring entrances are about to begin.

 

Pre-fight analysis on now. Ring entrances imminent.

 

Whats you pre fight verdict Punchie???? UD Ko or points for either????

Personally, Ko 10 for myself... for Vic.

 

Arce is making his entrance now. A couple of minutes and we'll be underway.

 

I like Vic by mid-rounds KO. That's pretty much conventional wisdom, though. I don't count Arce out. Both guys have plenty of KOs on their records, and both have been KOed. I don't expect this one to go the distance. Vic is in the ring now, intros to follow!

 

I'll confess, though, that Vic is one of my favorite fighters. I'm hoping he gets an explosive KO over Arce.

 

Bring it on mate.... Hope its a pisser.

 

Round One: feeling out process. Darchinyan lands some hard shots, including a flush uppercut. This is gonna be a shoot-out, and I like Vic's chances. Round 1 easily goes to Vic! Arce is cut under his right eye.

 

Round 1 to Vic.
Started out a bit tentatively, but came back with some good shots.

Round Two: Bernstein points out that Arce is moving to his right, into Vic's power. Vic lands a solid left. Arce looks a bit tentative, like he's not sure what to do. Vic is more accurate, and Arce is already swelling up. Another left and another at the end, and then a crushing uppercut. Vic easily takes round 2!

 

Another Vic round. Vic doing all the chasing, Arce looks like he doesn't really wanna be there.
Arce isnt fighting a smart fight.

 

Round Three: Vic is landing at will now. He's going in for the kill. Arce is standing his ground, trading. Arce lands some big shots of his own. Back and forth. Arce might have stunned Vic. Big left for Vic, he's back to sizing Arce up. Shootout at the end of the round. Best round for Arce, but pretty even all the same. Vic is cut by a headbutt, I believe.
