Vic wants Donaire next!!!

The problem for Vic against Donaire is and will always be that Donaire throws a powerful left-hook going backward. That's absolute cryptonite for a come forward big left-hander like Darchinyan.

Whilst I agree that Donaire hasn't been fighting top fighters since he beat Darchinyan, I see an immense amount of talent in him and thing we're talking about a future top 3 P4P star. I really really do.

Darchinyan will always **** his left before unloading. Donaire already released his punch before Darchinyan could land his own.

Darchinyan is good at bulldozing opponents but he was not able to do it against donaire because he kept on repeatedly tagged everytime he starts throwing punches.

People here talk as if Donaire got lucky with the punch when in fact, as eraly as 2nd round, he had almost KDed Darchinyan with the same punch.

No way man. Donaire won every round of that fight except one.

Having said that, Vic will do his home work this time. He wont rush in like a bull at a gate. Vic was uber-confident in that fight and didnt take his opponent seriously. Next time will be different. I Still back Donaire but Vic will bring a better/smarter fight.

Just let Vic get his wish. What's wrong in wanting a rematch? Donaire himself can't get a decent opponent.

. . . if he loses again . . . it could be the end of him. If he wins then . . . a rubber match.

Allow me to provide some.

First of all, the punch Nonentity Donaire landed to kayo Vic last time around wasn't a lucky punch. He was beating Vic to the punch consistently throughout the fight. In short, Vic was never in it. That's a fact.

While I can understand why people think Donaire will do it again (he's younger & appears faster than Vic) I think Vic is a big chance of reversing the result second time around.

First of all, Vic's form going into the Donaire fight last time was poor. He was slow & ponderous against Victor Burgos (a fighter he should have kayoed inside of 4 rounds) in his previous fight.

He also prepared in Australia for the fight (doing all his sparring there).

In contrast, Donaire had world class sparring at the Wild Card.

Darchinyan now makes sure he does some sparring in either Los Angeles or Las Vegas as part of his preparation. Getting some variation in his sparring against quality opposition (for example, Zab Judah for the Rojas fight) is very important.

Whilst I think Vic's physical preparation for Donaire was subpar last time, his mental preparation was worse. He had beaten the bag out of Donaire's brother a couple of fights earlier & expected an easy time of it against Nonentity. Wrong.

By the time Vic realised Nonentity was a live opponent it was too late to do anything about it.

In summary, I think Vic will be much better prepared both physically and mentally second time around.

Does this mean he's certain to win? No.

As stated, Donaire is younger & appears faster than Vic. Donaire has also demonstrated that he knows what counters to throw when Vic launches an attack on him.

Vic will need to be sharp on the night to get the result. Certainly Vic's handspeed needs to be much better than it was the last time they fought if he wants to land the heavy artillery.

For the reasons given, I think it will be and that Vic has an excellent chance of winning.

And don't underestimate Vic's mental capabilities either. He has the kind of determination and self belief that only the great champions possess.

Bring this fight on & let's see if Vic can knock another P4P guy senseless.

nonentity? lol..i'll agree, Nonito needs to be fighting someone..anyone at this point. I am really disappointed at his lack of opposition.

WRONG atsch Nonito doesn't have good sparmate, he can't afford it.Dats why he went to PHIL to get sparring partners but their shite over there.If you believe Nonito has had good

sparring and training, WRONG!!:goodDarchi weakness : he don't jab, he lunges in, he is wide

with his punches. Nonito does have an amatuer background and is a counter puncher.

So the mistakes VIC made a former top tier US amateur can pick out easily and has the know

how to take him out. VIC did run into that punch. I doubt he would do again. However Nonito

wll this time have the qty training he is lacking.

Depends on what version of vic shows up....I'm amazed by how easy vic is to hit....Rojas was outboxing him the first 2 rounds till he got KO'd...they keep saying fight after fight vic will win on his boxing skills.....darchinyan has always be somewhat of a brawler...he is not going to beat top class guys by outboxing them....it's not his style to do so...

Vic is representing everything boxing needs: exciting warrior ready to knock your head off on free TV, but not an outstanding boxer so he can be hit, knocked out or outboxed by very good fighters. Donaire is representing everything that kills boxing: a very solid, highly skilled fighter cherry picking absolute bums and unknown dudes, of course he looks good on low level PPVs nobody gives a **** about. No wonder he can't get a Showtime date.

Vic Darchinyan fights the opposition Donaire should face, so anyone rooting for Nonito is rooting against boxing. Sorry, but it's true.
