    ESB just got fodder for why Adrien Broners' title win means EVEN LESS. Escobar KO'ing VMR one year after Broner did will be one of the five most pointed to reasons why "Broner sucks."

    I found Rodriguez vs. Escobar I...and yeah, suspicions confirmed. Escobar got robbed last time (although he was incredibly gracious about it, applauding Rodriguez after the decision! Total class act...)

    That's why there was outcry for a rematch...and was justice ever served!


    Outboxed and outfought by a journeyman with a record barely over .500 and squeaking by on generous scoring - then getting KTFO by the same guy. It's safe to say V-Mart/V-Rod/El Mono - whatever you want to call him - is finished as credible world contender if he wasn't already/if he ever was one.

    Yeah. I thought he looked even worse than when he fought Broner. Very slow. I mentioned it ealier in the thread, early in the fight.
