    Yeah I've met Victor a few times. I went to alot of his fights as well... Watched him live @ the Club Nokia, Staples center, The Home Depot Center.. I even watched him fight in San Jose once, He fought Mike Arnaoutis. He's a nice guy, always jolly.

    HBO lied... they said Victor was the new face of HBO and a rising star then why didn't they televise/take him on for the rematch?

    showtime want to be the home for entertaining fights so they did everything to get the fight, they made a better offer than HBO which included fight camp 360 wheras HBO wanted to give it no build up very much like the first time.

    showtime have made a big stand in the last couple of months, they regected froch vs bute because it just wasn't the fight they wanted. they have got a deal with golden boy to showcase their young talent on showtime extra which will lead into the main show on regular showtime tv. and they are willing to give the likes of berto and ortiz the promotion they need with fightcamp wheras HBO will only do 24/7 when it's a PPV fight.

    Good info... i see how things work. If both parties got a better deal with showtime then that's cool. Also the fight camp 360 will be good 2 watch. It should air early June.

    HBO's card's recently have been shite. Even the NBC one was better than the previous HBO one. **** wbc reff he needs to get slapped.
