    Hey guys,

I think it's important to know the following:

Prior to this Conte interview, did the Maywaeather camp actually use Conte's opinion as ammo for their full bloodtesting stance?

Also, did the Pac. camp dismiss Conte's opinion prior to this interview?

    Anyone out there know?:deal:deal:deal

You have a right to your opinion but your opinion is just that. The facts of this situation remains that 14 days or 5 days, 30 days or 60....doesn't matter when you are in a position where resources are avialable to you as a high level athlete. Resouces that will allow ANYONE to beat ANY teresterial drug testing measures.

Just b/c Floyd demanded the Olympic style testing doesn't mean he's clean...it dosen't mean Shane was when he faught Floyd. It just means that they went through motions of the USADA and WADA testing measures that one party requested. Which can be easily beaten.

Sure stricter testing is better but it doesn't prove a damn thing...especially in this case with Floyd and Manny.

Floyd knew manny feels weak after getting blood taken from him and he also knew that if a fighter with resources wants to cheat and beat ANY tests he or she can......so why would Floyd REALLY want Manny to take tests?:think I think it was a power move.....to try and regain some control that he didn't have before.

    I'll indulge you.

    The issue is....
Pac said ok 14 days. Right?
Floyd said, by default, No. Should be all the way to the fight. Right?
Conte said Mayweather should accept the 14 day compromise. Right?

    There you go.

Right.....I remember when Conte came out initially talking about the demands for stricter testing and Conte said he agreed with Floyd in part of his statement. Floyd fans were calling Conte and expert and saying that Floyd is right bc "Conte said so".

But they failed to read ALL of his statement. And I tried to point it out on numerous occassions b/c he's said that before in other articles regarding Olympic sports in the past.

What Victor has said he's said before.....expect in this recent article he's actually giving his OWN opinion on this situation. Where as before he just was commenting on the testing measures themselves. He just so happens to side with Pac as his OPINION. Everyone has one.:yep

Look at it as 2 completely separate negotiations, because they are:

    1st negotiation:
Floyd wanted all the way to the fight
    Pac wanted none
Floyd went to 14 days, Pac to 24 days

    2nd negotiation:
Floyd wants all the way to the fight
    Pac wants 14 days
They will/should meet at 5 or 7 days

Right!:yep Bottom line is that NO ONE goes through year round testing...it's never likely to happen. Which mean at the present time there are NOT ANY TESTING MEASURES IN PLACE THAT SOMEONE WITH THE RESOURCES CAN NOT FIND A WAY TO BEAT.....It happens everyday with or with out the "GOLD STANDARD" of testing which is WADAs and USADAs. There still very easily beaten. So MAKE THE FIGHT! Keep the testing measures that Floyd wanted and accept the 14 day cut off.....its not like 5 days or 48 hours before the fight will be any differnt especailly when Blood is taking IMMEDATELY after the fight.

Well....if you want to go that route...the allegations that created the demands for the testing put into question a highly regarded athletes' character... By spreading baseless rumors about him taking some kind of specail drugs. This coming from a former felon....crack head and from reports....a terrible father and woman beater. Is their word any more credible than contes?

I agree with Conte but it's one mans opinion. Sure he's got more of a foundation to project his opinion on this matter given his background, but Floyd doesn't really care about someone elses opinion if its not aligning with his own.

Nah......Floyd requested testing that was all random. Manny agreed to random URINE tests.

Floyd said that they wanted Random Blood tests. Manny agreed but only to 3 random tests.

Floyd said that there would be unlimted Random blood testing under the guidence of the USADA's testing measures that could be allt he way up to the fight.

PAC said 30 days out would be the latest he'd give blood.

Floyd or his team found out that PAC gave Blood a week before the Hatton fight and team PAC moved from 30 to 24 days.

Floyd didn't agree to the 24 days and the mediation was over. After mediation concluded Floyd went on record to say he would be willing to do 14.

But not necessarily meaning it would be 14 days that they'd do blood testing it just means that it will not be any later than that. We see that witht he random blood tests fro the shane vs Floyd fight that it was 19 days out bc that was under USADA's protocol. It could have been all the way up to the fight itself since therer were no contracts to state otherwise.

I am by no means giving more credence to Conte now that he is saying that. I am merely responding to Pimp C.

    Yo Dawg, take note too.
