    This is the "throw the baby out with the bath water" defense and a logical fallacy. Just because testing has the potential to be defeated doesn't mean their shouldn't be testing. That's like saying we shouldn't have police because murder is impossible to prevent. It's a bogus argument.

    Even if I accept the argument, then Pac has nothing to worry about one way or the other. He should have no problem testing as he won't get caught regardless. So he should take the tests, no cutoff.

    If Pac is clean or if the tests are pointless, then it shouldn't matter one way or the other. That means Floyd's position is just as valid as Pac's. There's any easy way for Pac to settle this matter... take the tests.

    Hmmm can't really argue with that.. 14 day cut off should be more than fair for both sides.

    Okay, NOW I can properly address this issue:

    1) Conte states that suspicion re: Pac's performance is VALID;

    2) Conte maintains that testing is still better than no testing.

    Conte's feels a compromise is right because testing can be defeated regardless. But the exact OPPOSITE argument can be made. If Pac is juicing and he can beat the test, then WHY AVOID THEM?

    Because beating a test is no more foolproof than taking the test.

    I 100% agree! But the commission has testing measures in place for the protection of the fighters or athletes. The testing that the USADAs offers is more in depth but at the end of the day it's not a feasible measure to implement outside of HUGE events like this one. For these kinds of tests to be mandated BOXING WIDE is unrealistic and not very cost effective.

    Regarding having NO POLICE b/c Murder can never be affected would be a good stance to take if there were NOT A COMMISSION WHO ALREADY POLICES the substance abuse regulations.

    The whole point is pac doesn't really like blood taken from him. b/c he feels it makes him weak.....it's a known phobia for a lot of people. Even though there are no biological or measurable chemical changes that can be proven it doesn't mean that it doesn't affect these people. It's like a fear of heights, confined spaces or the fear of insects. Some people have adverse reactions to certian situations and that is the truth.

    PAC does give blood b/c that is what is required of him as an athlete from teh COMMISSION. Now its a requirement from a fighter whom already acted irressponsible with the spreading of lies meant to discredit or tarnish his character.

    Can you see why Manny won't be jumping up and down for joy to adhere to Floyd's demands? For me that is the only reason I'm siding with manny in this situation and if the roles were reversed and Manny did everyting that Floyd has I'd be siding with Floyd. I call a spade a spade....:yep

    I do agree that BOTH SIDES have valid points to their case. In MY OPINION....I feel there are more points to Manny's side that I agree with vs the points or actions on the side of Mayweather. So I make my stance...but I'm open to other peoples opinions. Again....I know Floyd supporters have many solid points where those who side with him I don't fault...but there are two sides to everything and sometimes people only choose to acknowledge ONE.
