hmm says.... his last few fights were lacking in competition. I believe he was a little overrated. I went with Maidana due to his toughness and ferociousness that a good majority of Ortiz's opponents never displayed. I don't think he'll bounce back... but if he does, this loss will haunt him and will be used to criticize him... career defining...
It's a case of desire, his reaction after quitting didn't seem like he's doing this because he wants to.
Wait till you get a punch right in the middle of your disgusting face then let's see how you will react to it.
AL THESE BAD ASSES CALLIN PEOPLE QUITTERS. EVEN SOMEBODY CALLED domitucullo . from DR. WHAT A JOKE. wanna be GS
only keyboard warriors and morons would call a boxer a coward for quitting while getting his ass kicked during a fight.
Exactly. I wonder how many people calling him a coward have been in the ring with a guy who's trying to beat you into submission.
I think anyone who has the guys to step in the ring shouldn't be called "quitter" or accused of having no heart, some boxers are for want of a better word idiots and fight on and he was being hit behind the head for starters and suffered from concussion if it went on he could have got seriously injured, he was going to get KTFO in that round anyway he couldn't defend himself.
I watched that fight and thought it was highly entertaining I dont agree that ortiz has no heart, but maybe he had never been in trouble before like that and didnt know how to handle it about the losses thing sometimes your losses teach you, sometimes they break you(as in hamed, tyson) In my personal opinion, it is better for a fighter to take a loss or be in trouble earlier in their career than undefeated forever and then the cloak of invincibility comes off
